Run Efficient: Scarborough Residential

Scarborough Residential

Had an easy run with the Bare-Grip 200's on the side of the road to the Conservation area in Scarborough. A short out and back on grass and a small trail, and then back on the shoulder was just what I needed to loosen the legs.

efficiency: Light, forefoot striking with tall, relaxed upper body.

distance: 3
duration: 30:00
pace: 10:00

First question: Which conservation area? Second question: Are you saying if I strike lightly with my forefoot, I could be taller!?

Well it's a small area of not much more than 1/2 to a mile of grass behind some houses with two trails that dead-end. But with no vehicle it's the closest dirt I have within minimal road running distance.
Oh sure, it's like wearing high-heels. Not that I would know what that's like...
